Prospective Evaluation of Immunogenetic Susceptibility to Mycobacterium tuberculosis Infection and Surrogate Markers for Tuberculosis Infection and Disease

Principal Investigator for the Charles P. Felton National TB Center is Dr. Neil Schluger. The objectives of this study are: 1) to identify surrogate markers of the protective immune response to M. tuberculosis, and 2) to identify genetic determinants of susceptibility to TB infection and disease.
